Rudy and the bike 🚲 team are the Real Deal at Real Deal Bicycles. This is my second Specialized Bike and I have purchased them both at Real Deal Bicycles in Jupiter, Florida. The professional staff are indeed experts in everything bicycles. No matter what type of bike or brand of bike you need, the professional staff at Real Deal will guide you in the right direction. Rudy and his team took the time to give my wife and I the attention we needed. Even though Rudy and the team were busy being productive, they focused on us and our needs and made us feel like we were the only ones in the room. They are amazing and we highly recommend them due to their excellent customer service, detail to bike service and repair, and their genuine care and concern for the customer. From the moment we booked with Real Deal Bicycle Rentals far away in California, the experience was exceptional. They delivered bikes and helmets right to my in-laws’ gated community in Jupiter — on time and with perfect sizing for all of us. The bikes were comfortable, well-maintained and a joy to ride. Having the bikes for our weeklong stay really made the trip. Kids wanted to be on them 24/7. The team's professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated our trip.
