I bought my Panigale V2 from Ducati Miami back in April of 25’. I was treated amazing throughout the entire process. I live approx 2 hours away and they delivered the bike with no problems. The service manager Cesar was amazing. He and his crew from the parts department assisted me with several after market parts and even gave me a great deal. Fast forward to late February of this year and I broke a bolt in the clutch housing trying to install a clear clutch cover(ooops). I made the call to Cesar and he immediately had a delivery driver(Andres) come pick my baby up. Cesar and Andres communicated with me throughout the entire process and told me they would take care of me. Andres helped me also pick an amazing slip on exhaust(Termignoni). As soon as the bike was done Andres sent me photos and videos and delivered the bike late afternoon. Ducati Miami and its employees went above and beyond to help me and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again fellas and hopefully we will hit the open road together one day……
Bought a bike that was listed online.. they made the process super easy, sending a down payment via Zelle, and the bike was delivered from Miami to Fort Myers for free.. bike arrived around midnight which wasn’t ideal, but cant really complain when it’s free! I have had the bike a couple months now and everything has been smooth riding since.. beautiful bike for a really get price. Have always wanted an Indian! Would recommend this dealer and would do business again. Thank you!
