Ordered a fox jersey on Amazon that shipped from mx south. Upon arrival I noticed several threads were pulled out on the sleeve. The jersey was $60 and fit small anyway so I went on Amazon and started my return. Mx south got the jersey back and only refunded half of my money, claiming they didn’t like the packaging I sent it back in (even though it made it back to them just fine). After back and forth for several days I left a review on Amazon at which point mx south told me they weren’t going to look into my issue any further because I left a review of my experience. In the end they charged me a $35ish “restocking fee” on a $60 jersey. Luckily Amazon refunded everything for me but based on other reviews that share this same experience I will never order from them again and I will warn anyone else who thinks about ordering from this company. I will attach the picture of the damaged jersey that I received.
Wow! Not going to lie, was pretty nervous when I didnt get a tracking number and I read some negative reviews... but my part I order on Sunday just arrived today (Tuesday) 6 days early then estimated! That's FL to NJ in less the 48 hours! Awesome will definitely be shopping here again! (Purchased made through Amazon store front)
