Great customer service, great selection of items, and fast shipping! I purchased a harness, which unfortunately was back ordered for an unknown duration, and Brad not only notified me of the inconvenience but assisted me with acquiring another brand in stock at a killer price. I will definitely continue to shop here in the future.

Everything was fine until I wanted to return the helmet that I ordered online. I received it on Saturday, tried it on and realized that it didn’t suit my head shape, it put too much pressure on the top of my head. On Sunday I filled out a form on the website that I would like to return the helmet. I called them 3 times to return the helmet and emailed them 2 times. The first time they told me they would call me back, the second time I was told to call myself back on a different number, the 3rd time I was told that they would send instructions on how to return it to my email. So I never received instructions, nor did I receive any answers to my email that I mentioned at the beginning. Luckily the helmet suited one of my friends and he just bought it from me at a small discount. I will probably never do business with them again, because I don’t like being treated with disrespect. In addition, it seems that their website is not fully developed, and the feedback forms simply do not work. Same as no one reads the emails from addresses that are listed on their site.
