Chrome Glow

Ordered a set of lights for my z125 pro. Added the overnight shipping for over $90 extra. Got the lights. Turns out the low beam lens was scuffed up and dirty on the inside, along with the frame housing, not even being completely lined up and having really bad gaps. And one of the low beam LEDs was not working. Reached out to them, took them a couple days to get back to me. When they eventually got back to me saying they will look into this. It took an extra couple days of me sending them emails telling them I would contact my bank saying that I received a faulty product. They eventually sent me the tracking for the new set. And even knowing I paid over $90 For overnight shipping for the first set. They decided to send me a new set with standard shipping. 4 to 5 days. I asked them what are they gonna do to refund me for my overnight shipping for a faulty product and they still have not gotten back to me. By far the worst customer service/company I’ve gotten anything for my bike from. If you want the potential to have terrible customer service and products that do not work properly order from these guys

I've had 4 bikes in the last 6 years, all of which I've taken to Chris at Chrome Glow to enhance, upgrade and make my bikes safer and more functional. Chris and his team are professional, knowledgeable and willing to customize. I've trusted my bikes to this company everything's and always come out satisfied. I'm happy to give them my highest recommendation! This time they added an incredible rear light array with modulated flashes and sequential turn indicators. They also installed my wireless phone mount and modified it to work on auxiliary like I want. These guys ROCK!
