Top Pro Motorsports

On June 20th I took my bike into Top Pro Motorsports in Coral Springs off of Wiles rd. I paid for work to get done such as, new aftermarket exhaust, new rear tire, break light and Dyno tune totaling the cost of roughly $5,400. The bike was at the shop for 1 week and 5 days which far exceeded the time I was told by Alex for this work to be done. The owner Alex kept telling me there was an issue with the tail light being shipped resulting in the delay. When receiving the bike back, 3-4 days of return, I notice scratches on the top of the gas tank with light paint smeared on some areas on the side plastic panels, back passenger seat and also stripped bolts located near the clutch handle. I noticed the damage (scratches) to the gas tank after my bike was caught, parked in a rain storm 3-4 days after receiving my bike back resulting in me looking further into the bike and noticing all the other damages. It’s clearly inevitable they tried to cover the scratches with matching paint! Also, resulting the break light being installed, I get a yellow caution on my screen indicating a tail break light default. Upon Taking the bike to a reputable shop to get all the damages fixed, The mechanic told me the taillight connectors have been ripped apart, breaking the wiring connector ends. Resulting in the reasoning of the default. I spoke with the owner, Alex about these damages and totally denied any of it and will not accept responsibility. Of course ! This has been a nightmare and now have multiple claims with my insurance due to this negligence!!! In fact which I’m still dealing with today. Thanks for the time spent reading this very unfortunate circumstance and I hope this saves the reader from any potential loss considering on using top pro motorsports by trusting this so called crooked business! Nice quick little update for Alex and his shop, Top Pro Motorsports business. As seen on photos I added a new picture. Due to the default notification I would get on my screen from the shop installing the aftermarket rear break light, they broke off the plastic connectors to the wiring. Resulting in me having to get the whole bike rewired. Another insurance claim. More updates for this little guy coming soon.
