I purchased my first set of Sea Doos from Andres at Broward Motorsports, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The communication and service were top notch, their prices and fees were significantly lower than other local dealers, and their product knowledge was excellent. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. Instead, it felt like I had someone guiding me through the process to help dial in exactly what I wanted and what would work best for me in the long run. There was no upselling or recommendations of irrelevant nonsense. I was encouraged to take as much time as I needed, ask as many questions as I wanted, and reach out if I needed anything. That kind of professionalism and environment is exactly what every dealership should strive for. As someone who is new to water sports, this type of buying experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I purchased a Honda NT1100 from Broward Motorsports West Orlando. The experience was refreshing. My salesman Jake did a wonderful job communicating with me over the phone before I even visited the dealership. I was greeted by him and Chad the GM who was very down to earth. Adam, the finance manager was easy going and by far the least pressure finance manager I have done business with. Paul in parts was very accommodating granting a discount on my bike's accessories as well as delivering them to a sister dealership closer to my home. And shout out to John, Josh and Scott in service with installing some accessories without a hitch. Overall, I recommend this dealership, not simply because of the company, but it's the people that work there that make the whole buying experience a pleasure.
