After a 2 minute phone call Jason was trying to convince me that a motorcycle he had never seen had zero value due to the fact that it was a free gift. Then he proceeded to tell me that I wasn't going to get what I wanted. I then asked him how he knew what I wanted then he told me I expected him to have my bike finished in 2 days. Of course when i reach out to the local mechanic community I hear story after story of this guy doing bad business. If you want to drop your bike off to Jason and have him bring it to another shop to fix it under your nose this is the mechanic for you. Thank you for turning away my business, you clearly do not know how to speak to people and there are plenty of other options in this area that will treat their customers with respect.

Jason provided the kind of excellent service I receive from my local bike shop at home in the UK, he is friendly, knowledgable and honest in his approach and professional in the work done. I have no hesitation in giving him five stars, something I rarely do, but Pro Source deserve them and I can thoroughly recommend them needing work on their Japanese bike.
