Ross Mechanics Motorcycle Repair

I am reporting this place to the police most of the bikes are stolen. The owner picked my bike eight months ago. I made the huge mistake in giving him upfront $600. He never asked the phone for the next three months. Finally I went up there and he said he put many parts on my bike and instead of total labor 1000 then now it was gonna be 1800 and he just hold my bike for another three months And always told me there was a new problem. Finally, I went there to recover my bike. He told me he was going to call the police so I left and I'm going to take him to court in a professional way. He is stealing my dirtbike Honda CR 125 cc Imagine to pay a person mechanic shop over $2000 and he doesn't have even one single bolt to show me the old parts that he changed when I ask for the invoice he doesn't have an invoice. All he says is that he's been doing this 20 years so the guy thinks that I need to pay him and trust him and enough story the motorcycle never been touched and he wants me to give him $2000. If not, he will keep my bike in other words he stole my bike worst part I gave him $600 so I'm going to the police.
