I took Ray a '76 GoldWing I had tried to repair myself. Unsuccessfully. When I took the bike to MAD CYCLES, disassembled and hoping they could get it back together and running correctly, I was concerned they wouldn't want to take on the responsibility of fixing someone else's mess. Especially as it involved wiring issues. This morning I picked the bike up and have to say I'm thrilled with the work that was performed! A short ride consisting of "around town" and expressway riding indicates the bike is running exactly as it should be. I highly recommend MAD PERFORMANCE CYCLES for their work repairing motorcycles!
Do not take your bike to this place to have work done! The owner came to my house promised me that the bike would be awesome and took my 2021 Harley Street glide to his place there months ago to have the performance work done to it and I have had to take it back many many times because it would not run right after he did the performance work to it and then after he said it was fixed ( Which he charged me more money for)the service engine light kept coming on not even a mile down the road after I got it back and I had called him right away. And he said bring it back. The bike is still not running right after I got it back this last time when he said it was all fixed, By this time I'm totally frustrated! and then I noticed that my exhaust pipes were laying against my brand new saddle bags that I bought right before I had Mad Performance work on it. I took the Saddle bags off to inspect them and they are completely Destroyed due to the pipes laying on the bags . Mad performance was notified of this and then he proceeded to tell me it was like this before and would not pay for my brand new bags that he destroyed because he did not align the pipes back up after he had the pipes off when he was doing the engine work. There was no damage to the bags the day he picked up the bike from my house, the pipes were not touching the bags at all I have pictures to prove it! Now mind you Mad performance has been riding my bike around and had put close to 300 miles or more on it after he worked on it trying to fix the engine problem of why it was not running right after he installed the performance parts, he had to of smelled the bags burning on the pipes and realized what he did and tried to cover it up by saying it was like that. I do not recommend this place at all!
