Absolute, total and complete experts on Harley Davidson motorcycles. I have never before had the pleasure of dealing with a such a small owner/operator shop with such a huge heart and vast experience and knowledge. I will never take my bikes anyplace else. Interestingly it was the local Harley Davidson dealer who refused to work on my Vrod because it was more than 10 years old who referred me to Ken’s Cycle Center. These guys are capable of building you a custom bike from the ground up! They are 100% the REAL DEAL! Prices are fair, service is flawless. Richard T. Gave them cart blanche to get the bike running after sitting 2 years. Originally thought the starter was bad, then got a call saying it was just a loose wire on the ignition switch. I asked what I owed so far and was told $1,000. Just a loose screw. Was then told the charging system was bad, asked how much and was told $550 which jumped to $750 when I went to pick it up. And it doesn't charge. The screw they put on the loose wire came from a light switch because it had a painted head, and backed out a day or 2 later. They didn't change the oil, said they couldn't adjust my carb because it was from China so when it leaks gas I bang it with a hammer. Ive since replacedit with a brand new Harley card and it still won't run. I would have paid to replace it but wasn't given that option. The clutch was also loose and barley engaged. Sent me out without a headlight and the brake light was missing broken off in the socket. They also wanted to put the greasy air filter back on. Made me sign a paper that the front tire was dry rotted and sent me on my way. I brought it back several times and if it has 100 miles on it since I got it back that's a lot. If I were them I would pick the bike up, and get it running like I paid them to. At no charge. What they did was not right. I guess they saw me coming. Very disappointed. Carte blanche! I do not recommend this shop at all.
