Bad Boyz Choppers

I’m not one to write reviews — I’ve probably only written one other in my life — but I have to give credit where it’s due. George and Eli at Bad Boy Cycles are simply in a league of their own. I’ve been through a ton of seats over the years, trying just about every competitor out there for my bike. None of them really worked. Then a buddy told me about Bad Boy Cycles and said I needed to check them out. So, I went to their website and called the number listed — and to my surprise, George himself answered the phone. I told him about my riding style, what I was looking for, and which seat I was interested in. After a long, thoughtful conversation (and him asking all the right questions), he suggested the Python seat, especially for when I’m riding with my better half. Let me tell you — almost every other seat we’ve tried left her uncomfortable and ready to get off the bike. When the Python arrived, I could tell right away the craftsmanship was top-notch. You could see and feel the pride they put into their work. But it’s one thing for a seat to look great — it’s another for the passenger to be happy. The next day, we installed the seat and went for a long ride. It was easily the best ride we’ve ever had. My wife was more comfortable on that seat the very first time than she’s ever been before. That alone says everything. Fast forward a year — we still love that seat just as much as the day we got it. But here’s where they really went above and beyond. Recently, I was in a bind and needed another seat, last minute — on a Monday afternoon, no less. I called George and Eli, explained my situation, and told them I had a trip planned for Thursday. George didn’t hesitate. He said, “Hold on, let me see what I can do.” A few minutes later, he told me he’d make sure I had a seat in time. Sure enough, Wednesday morning the seat was on my doorstep. Not even Amazon pulls that off half the time. If you’re looking for top-quality craftsmanship, unbeatable comfort, and the best customer service you’ll find anywhere, do yourself a favor and call the guys at Bad Boy Cycles.
