Deluxe Towing LLC

Fantastic! Excellent service. I called 3 other tow companies giving me the run around never showing payment refund in 3 days. Deluxe towing picked up the phone right away. Luiz showed up on less than 15 minutes, had my card already up and secure in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly great customer service.

Diego is a live saver. I was working with another company who completely fumbled the delivery to the point where the customer couldn't receive the car because he had to fly out. They dropped the car off with Deluxe Towing so they could safely store and redeliver the car when the customer was available. While the other company was unresponsive Deluxe Towing answered every single call(even on Sunday) and made sure they could deliver as soon as the customer could receive. Diego went above and beyond and provided exemplary customer service. He even delivered the car to the customer's job to make it easier on him. Very grateful that Deluxe Towing was able to clean up the mess 737 Logistics LLC created. He never complained once. Excellent communication with the customer. Very good company. 10/10. Thank you so much.
