I originally had an issue with an online order but Sam and Mavin were very responsive and helpful to fix my concern. They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. My son loves the MTB jersey and look forward to my next purchase.
Bought a tarmac from specialized and delivered to this shop. They told me it was ready for pickup. Had broken headset spacers, seatpost was completely dry, shifting was not adjusted. They did support me with new headset spacers but I didn't trust them to fix the bike. I took it home to do a full rebuild on a new bike myself. Only one guy was interested in trying to sell me items from the shelf's. The other 2 guys didn't even want to be there. *** Added after shop defended.*** Bike was bought new directly through specialized. Not a blem purchase. Stem spacers wouldn't it be considered a blem, that would be considered a safety issue. Chipped paint would be a blem and the bike has zero cosmic issues. It only had poorly assembled issues that I quickly fixed. Y'all did send spacers at my request because I didn't trust you to disconnect my lines and get it right the second time
