I came to get my electric scooter fixed i brought it in on Friday October 2nd and they told me it would take 3 days to fix and i came back on October 6th to see if it was ready and the owner tells me on I need one more day to fix it and I came back on Wednesday and it's still not fixed yet and the staff needs provide better dates when stuff will be fixed especially if you pay $150 just to get the battery replaced on an electric scooter and their customer service needs a lot of work. And for about 30 minutes youll just sitting around talking the owner acts real Shady in the service is so horrible I hate it. I recommend you guys do not go there at all.

Worst place ever. Absolutely no customer service or desire to work. I took my bike to fix dropped it off came back and it was still sitting there where I left it. Guy tells me he was out to lunch so I’m like ok he goes to make popcorn and sits there eating his popcorn meanwhile I’m standing there looking at him and he is doing nothing or even pretending to fix bike. This place is a complete rip off. I had already paid him to fix tire when I dropped it off but seeing how he had no intention on doing anything I said forget it let me have my bike back. His response ok and stayed with my money. Stay away from this place they are rude and unprofessional and lazy. Forgot to mention when I called and asked for address the same guy tells me it’s on google. Like are you kidding me? What kind of business is this?Not sure how they intend on staying in business with this attitude stay away!
