I had a bit of a stressful situation the other week when my bike started acting up right before a ride. It was running rough and I couldn’t figure out if it was fuel related or something electrical. I called Viking Customs in Pompano and they told me to bring it by so they could take a quick look. The guys there were awesome from the start. They didn’t brush me off or try to upsell me on anything. They took the time to listen to what the bike was doing, checked it over, and found the issue pretty quickly. Turned out to be something minor, but they explained everything clearly and got me back on the road way faster than I expected. You can tell they actually care about the bikes and the people riding them. Solid workmanship, honest communication, and just good people to deal with. I’ll definitely be bringing my bike back there for future work. Highly recommend Viking Customs if you’re in the Pompano area.

Viking Customs in Pompano Beach, FL recently had a motorcycle for sale that my friend was interested in purchasing. He contacted them, explained that he needed about a week before he could come in, and was told they would hold the bike with a $5,000 deposit. He agreed and sent the deposit. Unfortunately, two days later, his family vehicle broke down, and he was no longer able to proceed with the motorcycle purchase. He reached back out to Viking Customs to explain the situation and requested a refund of his deposit. At that point, he was informed that $1,200 of the deposit would be withheld because of the cost of posting and advertising the motorcycle, even though the listing had already been removed. This explanation was concerning, as typical advertising costs for online listings are minimal. After further discussion, Viking Customs refunded $4,500, keeping $500 of his deposit. well he juat got the money back today and now its short a $1,000 !!!! Having spent over 13 years in the motorcycle industry, I have never seen a situation handled this way. Deals occasionally fall through, and reputable businesses typically work with customers in good faith, especially when unexpected circumstances arise. Keeping $1,000 simply because a customer could not complete the transaction—particularly when the motorcycle can still be sold to another buyer—felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering doing business with this establishment. THESE GUYS ARE 100% CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS you keep a $1000 for nothing thats being a thief
