The staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was offered water or coffee and made to feel right at home. After I purchased my bike, a small issue came up before I left the dealership. I brought it to the owner’s attention, and he immediately stepped in to make sure it was taken care of. Even though it took a few hours to resolve, he never once left me feeling alone or forgotten. He stayed by my side, checked in with me constantly, offered me food and drinks, and went out of his way to keep me comfortable. That personal touch showed me he wasn’t just taking care of my bike — he was taking care of me. On top of that, he replaced the mirrors on my motorcycle and continued offering anything else he could to make my experience even better. That level of service, dedication, and persistence is rare to find, and it left a lasting impression on me. I’m absolutely ecstatic with my purchase and beyond impressed with the quality of customer service and the owner’s great personality and character. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Super Bikes of Miami. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely perfect, and they truly treated me like family. Felix was my salesperson and he was outstanding. He was extremely patient, took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the purchase. What really sets him apart is that he personally drove four hours by himself to deliver my MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RS. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about the way they do business. Leo, the owner, was equally great to work with. He was very accommodating, transparent, and made sure the price was right from the beginning.
