Francis was great ! A special shout-out to Francis, our instructor — he was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire course. His teaching style is clear, patient, and highly encouraging, which made a big difference for me as a beginner rider. Francis takes the time to explain not just what to do, but why it matters for safety and confidence on the road. He creates a positive, no-pressure environment while still holding everyone accountable to high standards. Thanks to his guidance, I left the course feeling well-prepared, safe, and genuinely excited about riding.
