I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I brought my son scooter in just to tighten the handle bar. His electric scooter was brand new. They have you sign papers; there rules. The price was $10 however I return to pick up his electric scooter and asked the the repair man why it’s not working. The guys said it needs to be charged. We charge it for 1 day and it still doesn’t work. I send them a WhatsApp message letting them know what happened. They pretty much said they are NOT responsible and I’ve have to pay $100 for them to asses it. DONT BRING YOUR ITEMS THERE. They were not professionals about the situation. They didn’t even ask me to bring it in to try to see what happen. I’m a single mom and I don’t know about electric scooter full details that why I went to them. Lastly I was not treated with concern. I’m sad that they have his electric bike as well. Not I afraid something will be wrong with it on my pickup.
Walked in and was immediately greeted, which I really appreciated. The team was friendly, efficient, and able to fix my scooter the same day. Great service and a smooth, stress-free experience. Much appreciated!
