Unfortunately, my experience with Elias was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. From the start, he was overly pushy and repeatedly emphasized how “hard he was working” and that I needed to buy the golf cart from him. I clearly explained that I was shopping around and wanted to see carts in person at other dealers, especially since they does not have inventory available to view on-site. Instead of respecting that, he became visibly upset and tried to guilt me into purchasing, insisting his deal was the best when it ultimately was not. Within hours of sending a quote, he was already pressuring me for payment. The constant urgency, emotional reactions, and what felt like repeated “hissy fits” during our conversations made the entire experience unpleasant. It was very apparent that he is young and inexperienced in sales this is not how clients should ever be treated. If I spoke to my own clients this way, I would be fired. For context, I ultimately purchased elsewhere for nearly $2,500 less, with more features included, tag/tittle and delivery. I do not recommend working with Elias. The pressure tactics and lack of professionalism were a deal-breaker.
