Fantastic service from Paragon Towing. They arrived on-time, the driver was extremely professional and carful with my car. He knew the car's systems well to prep it for towing. He could sense the stress I was having about the possibility to a bent wheel, he reassured me that he see this a lot and it might not be as bad as I am imagining. He was right, and his words helped at the moment.

In my opinion, this is not a good towing service. They don’t keep their word. They don’t show up when they say they will show up. They’re inconsiderate to their customers. they’re inconsiderate of your time and your value… I do not recommend this towing company if they give you a time for pick up, they will not show at the agreed time… They won’t give you a phone call either to let you know that they’re running late if that’s the case ans I had to call two times and they made excuses after excuses… Do not use this towing company
