If you want your car picked up this isnt the place for you. I was given a standard 90-120 minute window. After 2 hours without an update I called and was told 30 minutes by an extremely rude employee. 45 minutes later when I called I was told it would be at minimum another hour. After almost 5 hours, I called another company and my car was picked up an hour. Palm Beach Towing is worst and rudest towing service I have ever dealt with

Avan was great! Came super quick, great price and super up front and honest. By far the best towing company in West Palm Beach! Will be using them in the future!
