Palm Beach Finest Towing II

My wife was stranded waiting for a tow from this company as arranged by Geico. She was told a driver would arrive within an hour. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, no one had shown up, so she called to check. That’s when she was told the driver had been redirected to another call. Redirected? Without notifying the customer who is already waiting? She had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes! Thankfully she was in a safe location, but what if she had been on the side of the highway or somewhere unsafe? When someone calls for a tow, it’s usually because they’re already in a stressful situation. While the driver was reportedly polite, after looking through the reviews, it seems like this type of issue isn’t a one-off incident. There are multiple comments from people reporting long waits and poor communication. I understand that things happen in this industry and delays can occur. But the problem here isn’t a delay.... it’s a lack of communication and reliability, especially when customers are relying on you during a roadside emergency. I also noticed responses telling people to “call the office so we can work it out.” The problem is that the same complaints keep appearing in the reviews, which suggests this isn’t actually being fixed. When people are stranded, they need a company that shows up when promised or at least communicates honestly about delays. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I do not like leaving feedback like this, but this is my wife. Plus, there is a history with this company as evidenced by the feedback. Geico should have better standards.

Ricardo was the quickest and best tow I've ever had, and he had the correct towing mechanics for the low riding euporean sports car! I trusted him enough to deliver a $100k car without me riding along with him. When he delivered the car and found no night drop as I had asked him to use, he improvised in a fantastic way! And their office manager was super helpful on the phone!!
