We had such an amazing experience renting the Slingshot in Miami, and a huge part of that was thanks to Janet! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt completely comfortable before heading out. The process was smooth and quick, and her positive energy made it even better. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service and making sure her customers have the best time. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable experience. Owner was very friendly. I appreciate how he waited for us till 8:30pm when we were supposed to show up at 6. Gave us 30 min extra bonus hours regardless his rates were already so cheap compared to other places asked only 150$ for deposit when I expected it would be at least 500$ and gave my deposit back as soon as I dropped the car without even inspection. I mean never seen rental businesses doing business with this much trust but thank you.
