Emerald Towing

I’ve been using Emerald both professionally and personally for more than 6 years now. I’ve been due to leave a review. I’ve towed hundreds of vehicles with them over the years. They’ve always consistently provided excellent service and are the best with time. Today my girlfriend’s car broke down, so I called them up. Tow operator Jarvis arrived in under an hour, collected her car and got it safely to the repair shop with no issues. I’ve also locked myself out of my car a couple dozen times in the past and they’ve been able to save me every time.

The equipment van popped a tire on the turnpike and unfortunately I didn’t have a spare I guess it was absent on flat tire day!! lol Called emerald and spoke to Mike in dispatch he got us picked up by a driver named Eddie and man was I impressed you could eat off the floor in his truck it was immaculate I and he was there to pick me up in what felt like 7 minutes after I hung up with Mike! I will only call emerald from now on thank you Emerald!!!
