Too bad I cant rate this a Zero Star. No communication after I set a rental date and then without even contacting me they decide to just cancel my rental. Avoid this location at all cost as they do not care about customer service or calling and asking if you would like to change a day or two on your reservation. They just point blank cancel and then when you try to do it yourself the membership credits are worth less even after 3 days of doing the initial reservation.

This company is absolutely terrible. Negative starts would be the best option. I reserved a street glide customized, upon arrival to pick it up I was told they didn’t have it. So they gave me a street bob. Totally different class of motorcycle. Told me at the counter I’d be refunded some of my money because of this. After never receiving a refund I start calling. Well good luck getting help over the phone. They make the customer send an email to get it resolved. They told me that I received a road king special. Which is untrue. They will lie through their teeth to not give a refund. Even if you offer photo proof of the bike they gave. Also, beware of the bikes. The one they gave me had no back breaks and they told me, “that’s a soft tail thing.” Like WHAT!? Check every bit of the bike before you ride it away. There are PLENTY of companies to rent bikes from that blow eagle rider out of the water. 1-1000 don’t recommend. Don’t let my terrible experience turn into yours.
