They kept putting me on hold and never gave me any updates. I was stressed, stuck, and honestly didn’t know what to do next. I decided to call Broward Towing, and the difference was night and day. They picked up immediately, were professional, and sent a driver right away. Jake, the driver, showed up in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, respectful, and knew exactly what to do.
