3rd Review I brought my biking buddy in here before a ride so she could get a basket, & they put air in my tires. Superior customer service as usual !!! 2nd Review I got a flat tire and came to Boca Bike Shop drenched from the storm. They fixed the tube in my tire and put a new basket on my bike quickly, maybe 10 minutes. They lived up to the sign in the window which reads "Come in, We're Awesome." Go in, they're AWESOME !!! THANKS GUYS!!! 1st Review Fabulous customer service experience at Boca Bike Shop on East Palmetto Park Road. I was going to Mystic Lobster Roll, but the bicycle rack was in front of the Boca Bike Shop. I remembered that I needed lights for my bike and a new basket. Steve, Chuck and Paul quickly found the battery powered lights and a new basket, and I was extremely grateful that Paul hooked up everything on my bike ! Exceptional customer service & a fantastic selection read, hybrid, mountain, electric and kids bikes and equipment ! Highly recommend Boca Bike Shop !!!

My 6 year old nephew wanted a his first bike. I went here and Steve (the owner) was so helpful. It’s tough to find a 20inch boys bike with training wheels. Steve educated me, showed me the special order options, and was very fair and reasonable with the pricing. This experience was outstanding compared to going to a big box store and the pricing was on point. I felt like the service and price was excellent. My nephew is so happy too. It’s a good store.
