Terrible customer service , had us waiting for 2 hours kept hanging up on us. Driver came to the yard he knew we were there waiting on him but he leaves anyway to go tow another car . Just disgusting and very very greedy and unprofessional .

Very unprofessional, doesn’t consider others time . Had me waiting for 2 hours because the driver wanted to leave without checking the front of the establishment after his dispatch called him to inform him that we were there waiting on him . Dispatch was very rude . They hung up in our face . Just a very terrible company with terrible people and terrible attitudes.
