All Bicycles

Rich rented me a bike with a broken rear derailleur. Essentially a 3-speed bike. I struggled through with it but was unable to make it back by closing time. I returned the bike promptly the next morning (I was waiting for him at his place when he arrived to open up) but he still up-charged me the late fee for not returning the bike in time. So if you like to rent a bike in complete disrepair this is the shop for you! (I was in the Everglades when the issue became apparent, so the question of notifying the owner was a little irrelevant. Rich is correct, that the late charge was part of the terms of the deal and so I paid that and we're done now. I'll let the audience judge whether my expectation of some sort of customer service accommodation is unreasonable, in view of the facts.)

2nd Review Rich, the owner of All Bicycles, and his services and bikes are THE BEST !!! Rich has been taking care of my bike for 5.5 years! My neighbor purchased a bike here, & he is very happy with it! I recommend All Bicycles to everyone I know !!! He sells and services e - bikes as well !!! 1st Review This is maybe the 10th time Rich has fixed something on my bike. Today he put on a new back tire, and updated on my front tire.
