| BEWARE: Fraud, Theft, and Property Damage The Review: I had an absolutely nightmare experience at this shop. I brought my scooter in for a specific repair and left with a damaged vehicle and stolen parts. Do not trust these people with your bike. The Major Issues: • Fraudulent Charges: I was charged $100 for a "diagnosis" and an additional $100 for labor. I provided my own New CDI box for them to install; they charged me for the installation but never actually touched it—they returned the new part to me in the box of "old" parts. • Theft of Parts: After picking up my bike, my turn signals no longer worked. Upon inspection, I discovered they stole my signal box from behind the headlights. This part was present and working when I dropped it off. • Gas Theft: I dropped the bike off with a full tank of premium gas. They siphoned the tank, returned it to me on empty (one bar), and lied by saying they "flushed old gas," even though I had a fresh receipt. • Property Damage: Their "mechanics" are incredibly unprofessional. They actually screwed a part of the framing directly into my headlight. The headlight is now cracked and damaged, which will lead to moisture buildup and electrical failure. • Work Not Performed: I was charged for a carburetor cleaning that was never done. Management Response: When I called to confront them about the missing parts and the damage, they simply called me a liar. They are crooks and extremely shady. I have photos of the damaged headlight, the uninstalled CDI box I was charged for, and the missing signal components. Save your money and your safety—go anywhere else in West Palm Beach but here.
I recently brought my UTV into 561 Motorsports after it started acting up. Levon took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained everything and the repair was spot-on, getting me back to ripping through the mud in no time.
